By accessing or using MorganMarket (the “platform”) at morganhorsemarket.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

MorganMarket is an independent marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of Morgan horses and related professional services. We are not a party to any transaction between users. We do not own, sell, or take possession of the horses listed, and we are not affiliated with the American Morgan Horse Association (AMHA).

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including descriptions, pedigree references, registration details, health information, and pricing. We review listings before publication but do not independently guarantee the accuracy of seller-provided information.

Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence — including verifying pedigree against the official AMHA registry and arranging an independent pre-purchase veterinary examination before completing any purchase.

You agree not to post false, misleading, or fraudulent content; not to misrepresent a horse's pedigree, health, or ownership; and not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms or that undermine trust and safety on the platform.

Some features, listings, and memberships may carry fees, which will be disclosed before purchase. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Charter-launch promotional pricing applies only for the period stated at the time of offer.

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any listing will result in a sale or purchase.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MorganMarket is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or from any transaction between users.
